Paul Duncan, Chairman
Paul Duncan, from Boardman, was appointed to the Board of Motor Vehicle Collision Repair Registration as a representative of collision repair operators, for a term expiring January 1, 2009. Paul is president and owner of Duncan's Collision Inc. He is a member of the Automotive Service Association (ASA), Better Business Bureau, and has served as a Board Delegate for the ASA, Youngstown Chapter, and serves on the ASA Legislative Committee.

Jennifer L. Justice-Haley, Vice-Chairman
Jennifer Justice-Haley has been active in the collision repair industry for over twenty-three years. Jennifer has been a shop owner for the past two years. Ms. Haley has been involved with the Automotive Service Association of Ohio on legislative and insurance committees. She is a current Board member of the Women's Industry Network (WIN), a mentoring network group promoting women in the collision repair industry. Jennifer also serves on the Advisory Board for the auto body program at US Grant Joint Vocational School. She has two sons and resides in Clermont County.

Rick Finney, Chairman
Rick Finney from Cadiz, was appointed to the Board of Motor Vehicle Collision Repair Registration, as a representative of motor vehicle collision repair operators, for a term ending January 1, 2008. He is the owner of Finney Automotive Incorporated, a collision repair facility in Cadiz.
Eric Poklar
Governor Taft appointed Eric Poklar to the Board of Motor Vehicle Collision Repair effective January 1, 2007. Eric will represent the public, and his term will run through January 1, 2010. Mr. Poklar is the Executive Director of the Ohio Crime Prevention Association based out of Dublin. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and has over ten years of public service experience. He and his wife and daughter reside in Powell.
Ronald A. Nagy
Ron Nagy is a second-generation shop owner. Ron and his brother purchased their first shop from their father in 1993. They opened a second location in 2005. Mr. Nagy is a 1996 graduate of the Automotive Management Institute. He holds an ASE Collision Master Tech certification, and has served on the Board of the Automotive Service Association at the local, state and national levels. Ron and his wife, Kristine, reside in Summit County.
Brian K. Seibert, Sr.
Brian Seibert of Vandalia is the owner of Seibert Automotive, Inc., also in Vandalia. Mr. Seibert has twenty-eight years of experience in the mechanical field, and has owned his shop for eighteen years. Brian is the President of the Automotive Service Association's Dayton Chapter. He is an Ohio 1 State Certified Technician, an Ohio 1 Emissions Instructor, and advisor and part-time instructor at Sinclair Community College. Mr. Seibert graduated from Linder Technical Services in Indianapolis, and serves as an advisor for the automotive department at Miami Valley Tech. Career Ctr. Mr. Seibert is an ASE Master L-1 Technician and ASE C-1 Service Consultant. He and his wife have three children and one grandchild. Brian will serve as the mechanical expert on the Board. His Collision Board appointment expires in 2011.
Russell A. Westfall
Russell A. Westfall of Cadiz was appointed by Governor Strickland June 1, 2009. He is the owner of Westfall Auto Sales & Collision, also in Cadiz. Mr. Westfall has over twenty-three years of experience in the auto sales and collision repair field. Russell also owns Cadiz Drive-In Used Auto Parts in Cadiz, and Westfall Towing in New Philadelphia. In 1970, Mr. Westfall graduated from John Marshall High School in Glendale, West Virginia. He is a former secretary/treasurer for Chapter 7 of TRAO, (Towing & Recovery Association of Ohio). Russell has been a member of the Cadiz Zoning Appeal Board since 1999. His Collision Board appointment expires December 31, 2010.
